EXCHANGE POLICY – SONAYNA RETAIL BOUTIQUES
Full priced items purchased at our boutique can be exchanged for an alternate style in the instance that:
The goods are in original condition (meaning they have not been worn, altered, damaged or washed)
All tags and labels are still intact
Proof of purchase is provided, in the form of the transactional receipt or invoice; and
The goods are exchanged within 7 days of the original purchase date
Goods can only be exchanged to items that are the same price or more
Sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. However, if an item is assessed and considered faulty, we offer a number of suitable solutions:
A repair of the product, where possible
A replacement product
A refund of the original purchase amount

Items should be presented at any Boutique for assessment and processing along with the receipt or invoice.

Proof of purchase is provided, in the form of the transactional receipt or invoice; and
The goods are exchanged within 7 days of the original purchase date
Goods can only be exchanged to items that are the same price or more

For the exchange of e-boutique purchases that meet these requirements:
Please email admin@sonayna.com requesting for an exchange, stating the reasons for exhange
Please fill out the eBoutique online exchange form (will be sent to customer via email)
Send the exchange form with your return item(s) to:

FAULTY POLICY
We will only offer exchange if
The item is assessed and considered faulty
The item varies significantly to the online description
The item is different to the goods that were ordered
Faulty items are those that are considered to hold a manufacturing fault
‘Faults or damage’ that have been caused by the wearing of, or caring for the garment incorrectly are not considered faults
Please note:
Return shipping must be sent back to the eBoutique within 7 days of receipt. This must be prepaid and traceable to ensure safe and documented delivery. We take no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries of an exchange. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and charges for exchanged items are responsibility of the customer.
Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 7 days. Returns outside these timeframes will not be accepted.
